REFASHIOND OS is refashioning supply chains, starting with the operating system for the fashion supply chain. Our sister fund, REFASHIOND Ventures, is investing in companies that are transformational components of newly digitized supply chains, which will all need to be woven together in the largest operating system to have ever existed, much like the advent of computer OS, internet protocols, and mobile OS.
rOS is our shorthand for REFASHIOND OS since we are actively weaving together the components of a newly digitized fashion supply chain operating system.

We believe that the only solution the fashion industry should be focusing all of its energy and resources on is the localization of its value chains.
Our CEO & Founder, Lisa Morales-Hellebo, helped pioneer mass-customization, personalization and on-demand manufacturing in Silicon Valley back in 1999 at Reflect.com — a P&G and Redpoint Ventures backed startup offering on-demand cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fine fragrance. This experience shaped her career trajectory and gave her a 20 year head start in this innovation space.
After founding and launching the New York Fashion Tech Lab in 2014, her insights from working with the C-suite of all the brands and retailers led her to spend a year studying the fashion supply chain from all angles. Her objective was to solve for the following core issues…
